1. Service Description
MC Bedrock Multiplayer Platform ("the Platform") is a non-commercial tool for browsing public Minecraft Bedrock Edition rooms via the Xbox Live API. The Platform provides room listings, session details, and optional Xbox invite functionality. It is provided free of charge and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent to use the Platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
Access to the Platform currently requires signing in with your Microsoft (Xbox Live) account. With Microsoft OAuth, we receive your XUID, gamertag, and avatar URL, and store the authentication tokens needed to call Xbox Live APIs on your behalf (Microsoft access and refresh tokens, Xbox XSTS tokens, and Minecraft service tokens). Anonymous login has been discontinued; if it is ever re-enabled, anonymous data will be stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our server. You may delete your Microsoft-linked account and all associated account data at any time through the Settings panel.
The Platform may request two optional permissions on your account. By default both permissions are inactive: the discover permission is off, and the invite permission has no effect unless discover is enabled — so out of the box, nothing is active until you opt in. You will be asked to choose them when you first sign in, and you can review or revoke them at any time in the Settings panel.
Discover more rooms through my account. The room list is built from rooms that Xbox accounts broadcast through their friend activity; the more accounts grant this permission, the more public rooms the Platform can show to everyone. If you enable it, the Platform uses your account to periodically query the Minecraft session directory for public session metadata from your Xbox friend activity (such as room name, host, player count, mode, and version) and merges the results into the shared room list. We do not read your messages or any other private data. You can disable this permission at any time in the Settings panel.
Send invites through my account. Some rooms cannot be joined directly because they broadcast only to friends or by invite, so the invitation must come from an account that can reach the room's session. If you enable it, when another player requests to join a room your account can reach, the Platform may use your account to join that room's session and send an Xbox game invitation to that other player — the invitation goes to them, not to you. When you request an invite to a room, a helper account (one operated by the Platform or another enabling account) joins the session and sends the invitation to your gamertag. Receiving or sending invitations may require your account to be friends with the relevant helper account, which may appear as friendships or friend requests in your Xbox friends list and which you can remove at any time. This permission only takes effect while the discovery permission is enabled, and you can disable it at any time in the Settings panel.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Platform's APIs beyond normal usage patterns; (b) attempt to circumvent authentication or access restricted areas; (c) use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (d) interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on Microsoft Xbox Live APIs, including but not limited to session directory, profile, authentication, and social endpoints. These services are subject to Microsoft's own terms and availability. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or changes to these third-party services. Users connecting to third-party game rooms do so at their own risk. Rooms listed on the Platform are created, hosted, and moderated by their respective owners, not by the Platform. The Platform only aggregates and displays publicly broadcast room information and cannot guarantee, verify, or assume liability for the content, conduct, safety, or legal compliance of any room or its members. You enter any room at your own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual Property
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Xbox and Xbox Live are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. The Platform is an independent third-party tool and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. All other trademarks and copyrights are property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms or the Platform, you can contact the Platform operators through the following channels: Discord — @whrrrami; Nodeloc — @Str.

1. Information We Collect
Microsoft Authentication: When you sign in with your Microsoft/Xbox account, we receive your XUID (unique identifier), gamertag, and avatar URL from Xbox Live, and store the authentication tokens required to provide the service (Microsoft access and refresh tokens, Xbox XSTS tokens, and Minecraft service tokens), all encrypted at rest. This information is collected only when you explicitly authenticate.
Account Preferences: We store your account permissions — whether you have enabled the room discovery and game invitation features (Discover more rooms through my account and Send invites through my account) — along with your account creation information.
Anonymous Usage: Anonymous login has been discontinued. If it is re-enabled in the future, anonymous mode collects no personal information and your chosen identifier will be stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage, never transmitted to our servers.
Server Logs: The Platform does not maintain per-request access logs and does not record client IP addresses or browser user-agent strings. Process-level runtime logs are kept for operational debugging (for example, errors and room refresh events) and may contain gamertags observed during normal operation. Transient operational data such as invite rate-limiting counters is held in memory and cleared on restart.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively for: (a) calling Xbox Live APIs to retrieve room listings and session data; (b) if you have enabled the discovery permission, querying your Xbox friend activity through your account to identify additional public rooms for the room list; (c) if you have enabled the invitation permission, using your account to join target rooms' sessions and send Xbox game invitations to other players when they request to join, and having invitations to you delivered by helper accounts when you request to join; (d) keeping aggregate statistics that contain no personal data (for example, the number of public rooms per hour). We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the functionality described here.
Join invitations are delivered through automated helper ("bot") accounts operated by the Platform or by other accounts that have enabled the invitation permission. Receiving or sending invitations may require your account to be friends with the relevant helper account, which may appear as friendships or friend requests in your Xbox friends list and which you can remove at any time. The Platform does not use your credentials for any purpose other than the operations described in the Terms of Service and this policy.
3. Data Storage and Security
Account tokens (Microsoft access and refresh tokens, Xbox XSTS tokens, and Minecraft service tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. The encryption key is derived from a server-side secret and is never exposed to clients. Session tokens are random 64-character hexadecimal strings. Data is processed and stored on servers currently located in Hong Kong, and the Platform operates in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. You may view the account details displayed in the Settings panel, and you may delete your account and all associated account data with a single click. Deletion is irreversible.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) as required by applicable law or legal process; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform, its users, or the public; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case you will be notified before your data is transferred.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all associated account records are immediately and permanently removed from our database. Anonymous data (stored in your browser) persists until you clear your browser data or remove the Platform's local storage entries.
6. Your Rights
You can view the account details displayed in the Settings panel and delete your account and all associated account data at any time. To exercise these rights, use the Platform's built-in tools or contact the Platform operators (see Section 12 of the Terms of Service).
7. Cookies and Tracking
The Platform does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of behavioral tracking. We use localStorage for the following preferences and cached data in your browser: theme preference, locale preference, session token, your account permission choices (room discovery and invitations), an avatar image cache, and a language filter setting. No third-party analytics services are employed.
8. Third-Party Services
This Platform uses Microsoft Xbox Live APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication, which are governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We also load Lucide Icons (via unpkg CDN) and Google Fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono); these CDN providers may log standard HTTP request information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information should contact the Platform operators.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
